Alma Automotive is a two-way connection between the Academia and the Automotive Industry; from these we have gained much of the experience that today we can put at the service of our customers. The world of Motorsport in particular, has posed us challenges that we have always faced with the strength of our knowledge that have led us to be a reliable partner for the supply of excellent products and services.

The Company is highly oriented towards new challenges, to improve the performance of the tools provided to design and develop more efficient engines and powertrains. Our Group manages a wide range of applications, taking advantage of solutions already provided to solve different problems.

Alma Automotive has gained a deep experience in the simulation and prototyping of electronic control units.  In particular, we offer our customers the possibility of implementing a V-ECU (Virtual Engine Control Unit) in a very short time: typically 2-3 months.

We provide assistance for any type of engine: from petrol and diesel to full-electric powertrains. We are also able to develop Rapid Prototyping Systems for functional bypass and validation of new strategies.

Testing solutions and simulators

Alma Automotive designs and provides customer tailored solutions for testing, including turnkey engine test cells equipped with hydraulic, eddy current brake and dynamic (asynchronous or permanent magnet motors) benches. Engine dynos test cells, signals acquisition, test automation and emissions measurement can be fitted on customer requirements. The company provides engineering services to manage the post processing of sampled data.

Real-Time control and measurement

Alma Automotive has matured a deep experience in ECU simulation and prototyping. We provide support for any type of engine: from petrol and diesel to full-electric powertrains. We are capable of developing RCP systems for functional bypass and new strategies validation as well.
